Celkem tedy max. 9 let.Dohoda o proveden\u00ed pr\u00e1ce:Nejjednodu\u0161\u0161\u00ed forma z\u00e1visl\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce, na max. 300 pracovn\u00edch hodin v\u00a0kalend\u00e1\u0159n\u00edm roce.Dohoda o pracovn\u00ed \u010dinnosti:Sjedn\u00e1v\u00e1 se na opakuj\u00edc\u00ed se \u010dinnosti men\u0161\u00edho rozsahu, kter\u00e1 je limitov\u00e1na polovinou stanoven\u00e9 t\u00fddenn\u00ed pracovn\u00ed doby. Dohody je mo\u017en\u00e9 zru\u0161it dvoustrann\u00fdm ujedn\u00e1n\u00edm smluvn\u00edch stran nebo jednostrannou v\u00fdpov\u011bd\u00ed s\u00a015 denn\u00ed lh\u016ftou.\u00a0Z\u00e1nik:Skon\u010den\u00edm zanikaj\u00ed pr\u00e1va a povinnosti, kter\u00e9 jsou spojeny s\u00a0p\u0159edm\u011btem pracovn\u00edho pom\u011bru. Hlavn\u00ed z\u00e1sadou je snaha zajistit zam\u011bstnanci ur\u010ditou stabilitu zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed, zaji\u0161t\u011bna p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm ochranou zam\u011bstnance p\u0159ed jednostrann\u00fdm rozv\u00e1z\u00e1n\u00edm pracovn\u00edho pom\u011bru ze strany zam\u011bstnavatele. To m\u016f\u017ee ud\u011blat jen z\u00a0d\u016fvod\u016f vyjmenovan\u00fdch v\u00a0z\u00e1kon\u00edku pr\u00e1ce a nem\u016f\u017ee to ud\u011blat v\u00a0ochrann\u00e9 dob\u011b (pracovn\u00ed neschopnost, t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed, mate\u0159sk\u00e1, rodi\u010dovsk\u00e1 dovolen\u00e1). M\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt rozv\u00e1z\u00e1n jen dohodou, v\u00fdpov\u011bd\u00ed, okam\u017eit\u00fdm zru\u0161en\u00edm pracovn\u00edho pom\u011bru a zru\u0161en\u00edm ve zku\u0161ebn\u00ed dob\u011b, tak\u00e9 zanik\u00e1 smrt\u00ed zam\u011bstnance.
